Refund & Return Policy

At Joy Orchid Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in ensuring every bouquet and arrangement is delivered fresh and in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have outlined our refund and return policy below:

1. Freshness Guarantee We promise to deliver the freshest flowers, which may occasionally arrive in bud form to ensure longer-lasting arrangements. If your order arrives wilted or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@joyorchidstudio or WhatsApp us at 01166711990 with a clear photo within 24 hours of receipt.

If, at our discretion, the flowers do not meet our quality standards, we will offer a replacement to be delivered on our next available delivery date.

2. Damaged Products All our flowers are packed with care. However, if they are damaged during transit, send us a photo within 24 hours to be eligible for a free replacement.

3. Non-Delivery If your order has not arrived within 3 days of the intended delivery date, please contact us. We will arrange for a new bouquet to be sent out promptly.

4. Returns Due to hygiene and the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept product returns. We will offer replacements if quality issues are proven within the guidelines stated.

5. Refunds Refunds are considered only under exceptional cases. If you believe you are entitled to a refund to your original payment method, please contact us with your request and reason. Any such monetary refund is issued solely at our discretion and may be subject to administrative processing time.
