We aim to deliver beauty and joy to your doorstep reliably and on time. Please read our shipping terms carefully:

1. Pickup and Delivery Coverage Pickup is available only at our physical shop. We currently provide delivery services only within the Klang Valley area. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or outside Klang Valley.

2. Delivery Schedule

• On-demand orders: Monday to Sunday (except public holidays)

• Subscription deliveries: Every Friday. If Friday is a public holiday, delivery will be shifted to Saturday or the next working day.

3. Same-Day Delivery Orders confirmed before 4:30 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders after that will be scheduled for the next available day.

4. Self-Collection Option Self-collect is available at our shop from 10 AM – 8 PM daily, except on Sundays, where collection is available until 5 PM only. Please present your order confirmation upon arrival. Orders not collected by closing time will be disposed of for hygiene and space reasons.

5. Delivery Instructions We do not offer specific timed delivery, but we strive to deliver within reasonable hours. Re-delivery fees may apply if the recipient is unavailable or if the address was incorrect and not updated by 10 AM the day before.

6. Shipping Errors or Delays We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g. weather, traffic, or third-party courier issues). Please notify us within 1 day of your scheduled delivery date for us to investigate.
