Joy Orchid Studio – Policies
1. Payment Methods
Joy Orchid Studio offers a range of secure and convenient payment methods to enhance your shopping experience. We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For Malaysian customers, we support online bank transfers through FPX. E-wallet payments are accepted via Touch ’n Go only.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment verification. For payments made via bank transfer, please email your payment proof to [email protected] to complete the confirmation process.
2. Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Joy Orchid Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Orders & Payments
All product prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or provide a suitable replacement with your consent.
Product Details
All flowers are fresh and hand-selected, but natural variations in color, size, or appearance may occur. Product photos shown on our website or social media platforms are for reference only and may not precisely reflect the final arrangement delivered.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
- Requests to change the delivery date or address must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
Note: Custom floral arrangements or personalized orders are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
3. Terms of Service
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Joy Orchid Studio will not be liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees will apply for re-delivery due to address errors.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact the recipient. If unsuccessful, the arrangement will be returned to our studio. A re-delivery fee will apply, and we will not be responsible for the condition of flowers affected by the delay.
Delivery Timing and Conditions
While we strive to fulfill preferred delivery times, specific time requests are not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and festive holidays. During such seasons, delivery windows may be extended, and orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
Joy Orchid Studio shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, traffic conditions, accidents, or government restrictions.
Order Verification & Intellectual Property
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All content on our website and social media, including text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Joy Orchid Studio and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
Complaints & Liability
Joy Orchid Studio is not responsible for the condition of flowers after they have been delivered and accepted. All complaints must be submitted with clear photo evidence within 12 hours of delivery. Without sufficient evidence, we reserve the right to reject claims for refund or replacement.
4. Delivery Policy
Coverage & Fees
We currently provide delivery within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only.
- Free delivery is available for addresses within Klang Valley.
Delivery Timing
- Standard delivery is within 1 to 3 business days.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to an additional fee of RM15.
We do not guarantee delivery at specific times unless a prior arrangement is made. During high-demand seasons, deliveries may take longer than usual, and time-slot requests will not be accepted.
