In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute any unavailable items with alternatives of similar type, colour, and equal or greater value, maintaining the overall design of the arrangement.

3. Subscription Management Customers may manage their subscriptions through their online accounts. You can pause, update, or cancel your subscription by notifying us no later than 9 AM the day before the scheduled delivery. During peak seasons (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), we may require up to 5 days’ notice to accommodate changes.

4. Pricing Prices displayed include delivery charges unless otherwise specified. Subscription pricing is locked in at the time of registration but may be updated due to market conditions or supplier costs. In the event of price adjustments, subscribers will be notified in advance with the option to cancel.

5. Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay. All payments are securely processed through RevPay, ensuring encrypted transaction protocols. Your card details are not stored or accessible to Joy Orchid Studio at any time.

6. Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts. Communications and agreements will be conducted in English.
