How To Order

Ordering your orchids is simple and fast. Just follow these steps:
1. Choose Your Orchid or Gift
Browse our website and select the arrangement you love.
Click into the product to view full details and pricing.
2. Customise Your Order
You may:
- Select size/stems (if available)
- Add special instructions (if needed)
- Add optional add-ons (if available)
Please ensure your message is correct before checkout. We will print it exactly as submitted.
3. Click “Add to Cart”
Once ready, click Add to Cart, then proceed to checkout.
4. Select Delivery or Self Pickup
We currently provide:
Delivery within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor (Klang Valley only)
Self Pickup from our studio
We do not deliver outside Malaysia.
5. Choose Delivery Date
- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
- Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (RM15 extra)
- Greyed-out dates are unavailable
- Specific time requests are not guaranteed
During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, festive periods), delivery timing may be extended.
6. Enter Recipient Details
Fill in:
- Recipient’s full name
- Contact number
- Complete delivery address
Please double-check all details carefully.
Incorrect information may result in delivery delay and re-delivery charges.
7. Enter Your Contact Details
Provide your phone number so we can update you regarding your order status.
Your details will not be shared with the recipient.
8. Make Payment
We accept:
- Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
- FPX Online Banking
- Touch ’n Go eWallet
All payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
9. Click “Pay Now”
After successful payment:
- You will see a confirmation page
- You will receive an order confirmation email
Please review your delivery date and order details carefully.
10. You’re All Set!

Important Reminders
Flowers are natural products. Slight variations may occur.
Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable.
Custom orders are non-refundable once preparation begins.
Re-delivery fees apply if address is incorrect or recipient unavailable.
Complaints must be submitted within 12 hours with photo proof.
